Here is another amazing Sauvignon Blanc, made from veteran vines in the Awatere Valley at the oldest winery in this region, Vavasour.

Every year this wine is a stand out for its linear style; its fresh flavours dominate an underlying fruit appeal that is subdued (thankfully), making this Sauvignon a great match with Bluff oysters.

Not that you should wait till their season to get your lips around several glasses of this stunning wine.
