The 2004 Dashwood Pinot Noir was carefully harvested from selected Wairau and Awatere Valley vineyards.  The 2004 season provided a warm dry summer and autumn, which allowed an extended ripening period for the Pinot Noir.

Hand plunging and maturation in French oak has crafted a wine with elegance and balance.

This bright garnet wine shows lifted cherry fruit on the nose.  The “silky” textured palate exhibits ripe fruit flavours and has soft tannin finish.  This wine is made to drink young, and will show its best now and over the next 1 to 2 years.

The 2004 Dashwood Pinot Noir is sealed with a screw top to ensure optimum quality.
